Progression at OSC runs from cleaning operative through to team leader, with a clear line of communication all the way up to management, and everyone gets a monthly check-in with their line manager to talk about the building, the workload, and how they're actually doing, not just whether the shift got covered. It's a small thing that adds up: people who feel looked after tend to stick around, and clients notice when the same faces keep turning up.
