I first met with James at OSC in May 2015 to discuss our cleaning requirements. Whilst we liked our daytime and evening cleaners, the standard of the cleaning wasn't good enough and problem areas raised with their management seemed to fall on deaf ears. With over 450 people across 30 companies in our building security and confidentiality were of a prime concern with any contract cleaning company we worked with. OSC spoke with us and some of our clients about area's for improvement and provided us with a bespoke solution, which catered for all our needs. With their fresh approach and improved procedures we now have a noticeably cleaner centre, happier cleaning staff and now use OSC for 90% of our building facility services.
When moving from a serviced office into our own leased space in April 2019 we knew we would like our office to continued to be cleaned by Office Space Cleaning. Although this was managed by our office provider before, we had built great relationships with the day and evening cleaners that have worked at the office we called home for 6 years. We knew we could count on James and the team to provide a trustworthy, reliable service that we knew worked. We are in the Legal sector, so security is paramount. During the Pandemic, Additional services like fogging was introduced giving the whole team confidence in returning to the office when needed, OSC went the extra mile by providing this service to our HQ outside of London too.
OSC came recommended by someone in the Industry, they had raved about how their new cleaning company really went above and beyond. I met with James back in February 2019 where he presented his approach to cleaning in our industry and we agreed to trial 4 of our sites which started in May and June of that same year. By 2020 we now have OSC manage all our sites. They are reliable, provide a 5* service and are quick to address any small issue that may occur. We started working with OSC mid 2019 starting with 4 of our central sites, we had heard good things about their standards and service and were pleasantly surprised the rumours where true. We starting to roll out each of our cleaning contracts to OSC as and when they became available and after 1.5 years, they now manage all our sites.
